California Privacy Notice

Your rights under the CCPA / CPRA.

1. Categories of personal information we collect

In the last 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act:

Sources: you (directly), your device and browser, our payment processor and sign-in providers. Purposes and third parties are described in sections 3 and 5 of the Privacy Policy. We keep each category for the periods in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

2. No sale or sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by California law. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. Because we do not sell or share, we do not offer a "Do Not Sell or Share" link; we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of any such activity should it ever occur.

3. Sensitive personal information

We use sensitive personal information only to provide the Service you request, to keep it safe, and as otherwise permitted by §7027 of the CCPA regulations. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you for other purposes. We therefore do not offer a separate "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" control; you can delete this information at any time from inside psiMentora.

4. Your rights

Right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to.
Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (for example payment records we must keep).
Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither).
Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

5. How to exercise your rights

Delete conversations or your whole account directly inside psiMentora (Account → Delete account) — no request needed. For any other request, email privacy@psimentora.com with "California privacy request" in the subject. We verify requests by matching the account you write from, or by asking you to confirm from inside your psiMentora account. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission; we may ask you to confirm it directly. We respond within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days with notice.

6. Request metrics

We publish annual metrics on privacy requests received from California residents here once the Service has been available in the United States for a full calendar year.
